Arrival and departure
Check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. Early arrivals and late departures cannot be guaranteed because the full turnover window is needed to clean, maintain and inspect the home.
Occupancy and primary renter
Maximum occupancy is 11 people on the property at all times, including daytime visitors. The primary renter must be at least 26 and must remain at the property for the reservation.
Pets
Up to two dogs may be accepted with prior approval and the $300 pet fee. Aggressive breeds and animals with a history of aggression are prohibited. Anna Maria Island beaches do not allow dogs.
Parking and neighborhood care
The driveway accommodates up to three vehicles. If you need additional parking, reach out before arrival and we will try to assist. Use only the approved parking areas for the home and do not block streets, sidewalks or neighboring properties. Guests must follow current City of Anna Maria noise, trash and occupancy requirements.
Pool and spa
The pool and spa are heated to approximately 85°F year-round. Outdoor conditions can affect perceived temperature. Children require constant adult supervision around the pool and spa.
Agreement, payment and cancellation
A signed rental agreement and required payments are part of booking. Shore to Please direct reservations require a $500 security-deposit authorization hold. Reservations are generally non-refundable after the stated grace period; when eligible, refunds tied to rebooking are governed by the signed agreement. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Smoking, events and property care
No smoking is allowed. Parties, events and unapproved guests or animals are not permitted. Guests are responsible for following the signed agreement and reporting damage or maintenance concerns promptly.
